Refund & Cancellation Policy
Free trial
Zyryn Premium may include a free trial (currently 7 days). You are not charged during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be billed. If you do not cancel, the subscription converts to a paid plan and the first period is charged automatically.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future renewals. Your Premium access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for; it is not cut off immediately.
Refunds
Premium subscriptions are billed in advance for digital access. Payments are generally non-refundable, including for partial billing periods, except where a refund is required by law. Because you can start with a free trial and cancel anytime to avoid future charges, we ask you to use the trial to decide whether Premium is right for you.
Nothing in this policy limits statutory consumer rights that cannot be waived. If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction that grants a mandatory refund or "cooling-off" right (for example in the EU/UK), those rights still apply. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we will review it in good faith.
App-store purchases
If you purchase or subscribe through a mobile app store (for example Google Play or the Apple App Store), that store handles billing and its own refund rules apply. Manage or request refunds for those purchases through the app store you used; we cannot refund app-store purchases directly.

End User License Agreement (EULA)
This EULA is part of, and incorporated into, our Terms of Service. It governs the Zyryn software application ("App") provided by Zyryn LLC.
License grant
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use, subject to these terms.
Restrictions
You may not:
- Copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, or sublicense the App except as allowed by law;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, except to the extent that restriction is prohibited by applicable law;
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices;
- Use the App to infringe rights or to access content you are not legally entitled to.
Content sources & piracy
This license covers the App software only. It does not grant any right to media content. Add-ons, external streaming sources, and local-media features let you connect content you already have the legal right to access. Zyryn does not host content and does not support or condone piracy. You are solely responsible for the legality of the sources and files you use.
Third-party & open-source components
The App includes third-party and open-source software that remains licensed under its own terms, which apply to those components. Metadata is provided via TMDB; this product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB.
Updates
We may provide updates, which may be applied automatically. This license covers updated versions unless they come with separate terms.
Termination
This license ends automatically if you breach its terms, and we may revoke it consistent with our Terms. On termination you must stop using and remove the App.
No warranty & liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranties, and our liability is limited, as described in the Disclaimers and Limitation of liability sections of our Terms.
